PEV series jaw crusher is a new generaion product developed by our company on the basis of traditional jaw crusher, introducing foreign advanced technology and adopting the leading three-dimensional design concept, compared with traditional jaw crusher, it has high production capacity, large crushing ratio, large feed size, uniform product size and convenient maintenance.

Working Principle:

1. A symmetrical deep-cavity crushing chamber design is adopted to maximize the feed size, processing capacity, and crushing ratio of the crusher.

2. The crusher parameters are optimized using 3D software to achieve the optimal parameter configuration. This significantly reduces the machine's dead weight while increasing the processing capacity by more than 30%.

3. The bearing housing adopts an integral design, which greatly reduces manufacturing complexity and significantly extends the service life of the bearings.

4. A thick replaceable wear plate is installed on the top of the swing jaw to protect it from impact damage caused by the incoming material.

5. A modular discharge port adjustment device is employed. Compared to traditional shim adjustment methods, this design is simpler and more reliable. The discharge port size can be arbitrarily adjusted as needed within the device's adjustment range, allowing for gapless adjustment.
