The Vibrating Feeder is widely employed in quarries and aggregate plants for screening sand and gravel materials.
The vibrating feeder is primarily used ahead of coarse crushers to continuously and evenly feed materials to belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screening equipment, and the like. It can also screen out fine materials, thereby increasing the processing capacity of the crusher. The feeder allows stepless adjustment of the feed rate, enabling centralized and automatic control of the production process. It can also be used for automatic batching and quantitative packaging.
