Jaw crusher
The cylinder is fabricated by bending and welding standard medium-thickness steel plates. The riding rings are integrally forged from low-carbon steel and are secured to the cylinder via adjustment plates. This structure is fixed and adjusted using four jacking screws and two tensioning screws on each adjustment plate. Both riding rings are equipped with thrust rollers to prevent axial drift of the entire drum.
The drum is driven by a large gear ring connected via flanges for easy replacement. A pinion from the drive mechanism engages with this large gear ring to impart rotational motion to the drum assembly.
The high-speed shaft of the main drive reducer is connected at one end to the motor coupling and at the other end, via the reducer's low-speed shaft, to the transmission shaft. The main motor is a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor, allowing for adjustment of the drum's rotational speed based on operational requirements.
Working Principle
The rotary mixer is composed of a cylinder, riding rings, a large gear, a small gear, support rollers, thrust rollers, a drive device, a feeder, and a discharger. The mixer cylinder is installed at a tilt of 3°, with an integral chassis positioned underneath, connecting all components on the same horizontal plane.
Material is conveyed by a belt conveyor into the drum feeder and flows through a chute into the feed inlet of the drum. The inlet is equipped with uniformly arranged guide plates to facilitate rapid entry of the material into the cylinder. Inside the drum, uniformly distributed lifting plates lift and drop the material, propelling it forward and ensuring homogeneous mixing.
As the drum rotates, the material is carried upward along the direction of rotation. Upon reaching a certain height, it falls due to gravity and moves along the axial incline of the drum. During each cycle of lifting and dropping, particles follow varying trajectories. Through repeated lifting and dropping, the material achieves thorough mixing and is ultimately discharged through the outlet discharger.
