Working Principle:
In the mixing and rolling wheel mill, the motor drives the main body box mounted on the vertical shaft. The main body box is equipped with mixing paddles at diagonal positions and a pair of rolling wheels. The mixing paddles revolve clockwise around the vertical shaft at a certain speed, simultaneously driving the rolling wheel shafts, causing each rolling wheel to rotate around its own axis at a certain speed. The two mixing paddles (one moving along the inner circle and the other along the outer circle, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing of the material in the container without leaving any gaps) and the rolling wheels continuously tumble, crush, and mix the material. This design features fast, uniform mixing without clumping, no dead corners, and low energy consumption.
