Jaw crusher
The vibrating screen is important equipment for classifying solid materials. It is widely used for screening operations in quarries and sand/stone aggregates, and can also be used for product classification in coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, construction, electric power, chemical, and other industries.
Working Principle
The vibrating screen utilizes the exciting force generated by an exciter to cause the screen body to perform periodic reciprocating vibration along the direction of the exciting force. The material moves in a circular motion on the screen surface. Through different screen apertures, materials of various specifications are classified onto the required screen decks, then collected and conveyed to designated areas to achieve classification or dewatering/demedia purposes. The amplitude can be adjusted by changing the weight of the eccentric blocks.
