Jaw crusher
The dry powder briquette machine possesses the functions of an ordinary briquette machine while also being capable of tasks that ordinary briquette machines cannot perform. Its most notable feature is the ability to briquette materials without adding moisture. The roller skin is made of 65Mn or 9Cr2Mo cast material. After special heat treatment, its hardness can reach 58 HRC or higher. The roller skin is assembled in a modular manner and can be replaced after wear. The machine is equipped with a buffer device to better protect it from impact by hard objects. It also features an adjustable ball socket device, ensuring that the ball sockets of the two rollers remain within the adjustable range at all times without misalignment.
Working Principle
This series of machines is driven by an electric motor via a belt to a reducer. The reducer transmits power through a coupling to the driving shaft, and then through a pair of open gears, ensures that the two rollers rotate synchronously (at equal speeds but in opposite directions). Material from the storage bin is fed evenly into the forming hopper by a metering device, causing the unit forming pressure on the material to increase gradually from low to high. The forming pressure reaches its maximum at the centerline of the counter-rollers. After the material passes this line, the forming pressure decreases rapidly, allowing the material to enter the de-balling state and be smoothly discharged.
