Jaw crusher
The square box dryer is a type of drying equipment characterized by its simple structure, convenient operation, and effective drying performance. As the entire machine is constructed from welded steel plates and utilizes no drive system other than the vibration motor, it offers advantages such as low operation and maintenance costs, a smaller footprint compared to other types of dryers, and higher production capacity.
Working Principle:
The conveyor transports the pressed material to the top of the dryer, where it is evenly distributed into the drying chamber by a material distributor. A dust removal fan draws the dust generated during feeding into the dust collector. An induced draft fan directs the hot air from the hot air furnace through the inlet duct into the interlayer plates inside the drying chamber. The hot air then disperses through small holes in the interlayer plates, filling the entire drying chamber and heating the material. After a period of drying, the vibrating motors are activated, causing the vibrating plates to shake. The material that has been shaken loose falls onto the conveyor belt below for further transport. Any dust generated during this process is drawn back into the induced draft fan via the return air duct.
