The vertical dryer is used to dry various types of finished briquettes, such as coal briquettes, mineral powder briquettes, iron powder briquettes, and fluorite powder briquettes. It is one of the key pieces of equipment in a briquetting production line. This dryer reduces the moisture content of the finished briquettes and offers advantages such as low equipment investment, a small footprint, high drying efficiency, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.
Working Principle:
The main body of the dryer is a cylindrical structure. Its upper half features a double-layer design, while the lower half consists of evenly distributed channel steel. The tail end of the cylinder is conical, and the discharge outlet is equipped with a push-pull plate to adjust the outlet size. Inside the body, seamless steel tubes are evenly distributed and welded in place. Small holes are cut into the walls of these tubes to allow hot air to be evenly distributed throughout the dryer's interior.
